Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of all IT requirements of the Company
Provide support to all academic curriculum or other administrative or accounting related requirements and non academic functions through development of software and or purchase of software/hardware and improvement of IT infrastructure
Manage the servers (if any), equipments and its security access with necessary back up procedures
Manage the inventory of all IT equipment
Manage, maintain, modify or improve on the Company and Group’s current websites, or to create afresh new websites, and applications including but not limited to content management issues and other user interfaces and the management to ensure optimized functionality and minimize downtime.
Manage the application accounts of all staff such as emails and others
Coordinate with users or external outsourced on integration and implementation of IT requirements
Liaise with vendors on TA (Technical Assistants) and helpdesk support matters.
Maintain the integrity, security and availability of data stored on IT systems
Establish and enforce the IT policies and procedures, such as disaster recovery plan, IT infrastructure systems and Business Continuity Management
Manage and supervise the use of all IT facilities, and ensure that they are appropriate and adequate for the purposes of the various company functions
Manage procurement of IT products and services to ensure vendor services meet the requirements and deliver on a timely manner
Evaluate, recommend and administer networking solutions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software, IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
