Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development of GIS web application using ArcGIS Javascript and servlets to support spatial analysis between layers, data transformation and validation
Ensure modules delivered are according to the requirement specifications
Assist the GIS team lead to identify gaps in the migrated data and possible GIS framework integration between various external systems.
Support in ArcGIS installation, configuration and performance tuning
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
At least 2 years of working experience in Java web application development
1 year experience in implementation of GIS functionalities using ArcGIS Server, preferably using Java
Proficiency in Javascript, Servlets, JSP, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Liferay or portlet programming is an added advantage.
