Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of restaurant.
Guide and train staff in service skills
Planning weekly duty rosters
Responsible for maintenance of restaurant cleanliness and condition.
Ensure harmonious relationship between service and kitchen crew.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Confident, persistent, dedicated
Able to lead and motivate team
Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills.
Male/Female, 23 - 35 years old.
