Responsibilities:
A person with high technical education and length of service in analogous position no less than 5 years is assigned to a position.
Experienced in Primavera, other planning tools and systems
TCO policies, standards & procedures
Microsoft Products: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Visio, Access.
Work with engineering / construction contractors on FE Planning requirements to contractor scheduling and progress reporting systems.
Develop and maintain planning & scheduling procedures and guidelines.
Provide key planning reports for FE team members, TCO management and Partners meetings.
Facilitate Planning Team meetings and maintain FE PLANNING & COST HISTORY - ACTION LOG.
Provide day-to-day supervision over FE Planning Department.
Set up Project Control requirements for TCO engineering/construction contractors and project / construction engineers. Develop and maintain internal procedures.
Develop & maintain Project Control tools for tracking and analyzing project progress against agreed baseline schedules.
Develop & maintain S-curves, man power histograms and detailed progress measurement per activity per discipline.
Compare actual data (man-hours, percent complete) with baseline data and analyze in order to provide guidance to the project team.
Work with engineering / construction contractors to ensure they develop capabilities to prepare Project Control tools. Engineering / construction contractors should be developing Project Control tools with this position input and direction.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Male, 25 - 40 years old
Must be hardworking, honest and responsible.
Can work with minimum supervision.
With good communication skills.
