Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of project.
Assist and supports the manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects.
Responsible for the execution of contracts or installation projects, as well as the coordination with contractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments.
Carries out research and advices on problems, design projects and building structures.
Plans, organizes and supervises their construction, maintenance and repairs.
Estimates quantities and cost of building materials and labour required for the execution of construction projects.
Requires ability to use and apply extensive knowledge for a specific engineering field.
Must have knowledge in Microsoft office and able to do construction reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years professional experience in Site Building Construction (High Rise Building) is preferred
With valid Philippine Driving License.
Male or Female
25 to 40 years old
