Requirements:
University graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years experience in Hotel Engineering Operations
HVAC, Air cooled chiller, plumbing & electrical experience preferred
Requires advance knowledge of building management/engineering particularly working knowledge of major areas in the hotel.
Thorough knowledge of applicable safety codes and regulations
Strong motivator, lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
