JAPAN MARUKO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION - We are looking for 10 Sales Consultant deployment for the said country. Qualified candidates with at least 2 years retail sales working experience in the related field and with experience in health/beauty wellness industry will be an advantage. Responsibilities:

• To generate new leads to expand customer database
• To provide customer support and nurture relationships with clients
• To meet sales targets and performance expectations
• To participate in team building activities
• To act in observance with company's performance standards & comply in consistency with company's sales working ethics
• To develop clients brands within the market place

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
2. At least 2 years retail sales experience
3. Candidates with experience in health/beauty wellness industry will be an advantage
4. Possess a great attitude with good interpersonal skills
5. A perceptive understanding of the sales process or willing to learn.
6. Works well independently and with a team.
7. Ability to build rapport with existing and potential clients (external and internal)
8. Able to have fun at work whilst balancing responsibilities in a professional manner
9. Results oriented , driven to succeed and highly motivated
10. Those available on immediate basis or short notice will be preferred
11. Pleasant personality is a must
