Responsibilities:

• Engineering of SA-related solutions for various project and operational needs
• Setup and manage, on a daily basis, all matters relating to data centre, including network, systems, and backup
• Support, in case of critical issues, on a 24/7 duty basis
• Provide technical support for customers.
• Perform maintenance (apply bug-fixes, patches, and improvements) in scheduled downtime.
• Proactively monitor the systems/network performance, and identify potential areas to improve.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
• Manage security aspects, ensuring network/system and data integrity
• Follow up with higher level support towards problem resolution
• Perform regular weekly reporting on operational activities to management

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in Systems Administration in a Linux/MySQL/PHP Web Server environment
2. Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of services such as DNS, SMTP, POP, SSH, HTTP, SQUID Proxy, SVN, Trac, and DHCP
3. Experience in deploying and administration of Nagios, Opsview or any other monitoring tools
4. Good knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VirtualBox & Vmware ESX
5. Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
