Responsibilities:
* Research and study in detail all material elements contained in our old mold compound.
* Work closely with suppliers on requirements of quality control and improvement.
* Propose material characteristics improvement to enhance robustness with regards to manufacturing process ability and reliability.
* Provide recommendations of the best curing requirement/profile with balancing of productivity and quality.
* Also of the best handling procedures and controls (i.e. thawing time, storage condition, temperature and humidity) in our production line.
* Support FA to investigate of mold compound material related influences to the failure.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Male/Female, 24 - 40 years old.
* Experience in Finite Elemental Analysis (both application and interpretation).
* Strong problem solving and project management as well as good cross-functional communication skill are a must.
* Hands-on knowledge in material and simulation is an added advantage.
* Flexibility for frequent travel is a must.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Masters/Degree in Material/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering
