Responsibilities:
Creative presentation and menu innovation and creation
Supervise, prepare and cook customers orders
Ensure standards of food are maintained and improved at all times
Efficiently control food production to minimise wastage and maximise profitability
Ensure high standards of quality control, hygiene and safety are maintained in the kitchen.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Minimum 2 years of proven track record as a Chef De-Partie in a Mexican restaurant
Creative and a hands-on person who is able to work with all levels of staff
25 - 40 years old.
